I don't mean his face, I mean his uniform and some badge (maybe Harju's regional unit of the Kaitseliit?)
Here is similar example.
So he looks like hauptsturm with "Ostvölker"s ribbon, but his left collar tab is clear.

I don't recognize the badge on the first picture as any Estonian military badge.
On the second picture is officer Raimund Saariste in october 1943, wearing Estonian Military School cadet class graduation badge.
