Rarest type, unknown maker, excellent (mint) condition, box in addition. Does it cost 1700?

OK, another question. As I understand 1700 is too high. How much it can cost? Why nobody can tell a figures?

I know couple of those third class bravery crosses are sold last year for some 700-800 euros...
Off course, those were not in such a mint condition and case box costs also something - so, I guess you can talk about some 1 000 euros

P.S. and estonian collectors usually doń´t like to tell about prices

Usual cross, and condition is not same

In my opinion does not exist usual black cross, since they all were given for personal bravery. They were forbidden for 50 years, probably 70 % of those crosses are lost, burned, destroyed...
About the price- i think EUR 900- 1000 for Your cross ( by the way- condition of cross in auction for EUR 700.- is not bad at all ).
Hard to tell value of the box, since there is nothing to compare it with. You need to find someone who has something what belongs together with this box and does not have it. I think we have those people in our forum.
Simple boxes of Hero of Socialist Labor ( SU ) alone are selling around 100- 150 EUR depending of a size. They are not common and rarely empty available. Blue box of Yours is way more rare and i think You know it Yourself as well:)

Thank you for participate! Yes, I know the prices for that items. If I would collector of estonian awards - I would buy this cross and this box for 1300, easy. That items could decorate any collection. Now I'm waiting for someone who does understand that and ready to spend some money for that

A same case was on sale in the UK ebay few months ago and was sold 180 usd (ca. 150 euro). Your cross is in brilliant condition but reaches perhaps up to 700 range - they are not so rare. So, the set can be valued 900 usd range. You have to consider these prices separately due to the fact that this case is not the correct one for your award.

Regards the price of the cross, please have a look at the sale that took place aroun an year ago where a class higher cross (much rarer) was up on sale in the Canadian dealer site for 850 CAD:
