Hello,
does anyone know what type of insignia was worn by the Estonian police in 1939-40 ?
I have been given the following from "Police uniforms of thev world" FG Blakeeslee, but not too sure if it is accurate.
- green cap band
-green collar to tunic
-green piping on coffs, trouser stripe green
- officers have silver braid on collar
- constables collars have 1-3 small silver chevrons
- mens shoulder straps have a silver stripe
- sergeants/ officers rank , unknown.
any photos of the police?
regards Pete.
