M1936 rank insignia?

Hello, does anyone have any information about the 1936 insignia or perhaps some illustrations? thanks Toov.

It's pdf file, will take some time to download. Description is unfortunately only in Estonian, but most of stuff you can see from illustrations.

There are also available similar descriptions for army 1924, 1926 and Defence League 1935 uniforms in National Library digital archieves, if you are interested.
